Depression Era cobalt blue glass oval platter in the Moderntone pattern. Moderntone was made by the Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1934-1942. It measures approximately 11 inches long and 8 1/8 inches wide. All items available in this listing have no chips or cracks and show only minimal light (the type you need to hold up to the light to see) signs of usage scratching. An occasional lightly used platter. This is original depression era glass and not a reproduction.
