Depression Era yellow glass 3 footed, scalloped edge tray in the Phoenix pattern. The pattern depicts two opposing Egyptian phoenixes facing a flaming urn. Other unofficial names for this Lancaster etching are Fancy Weathervane and Rooster. This was made by the Lancaster Glass Company in the 1932 time frame. It measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. It has no chips or cracks and shows very little if any signs of scratching or wear. This is original Depression Era glass and not a reproduction
